He bridges the gap between fine dining and ancestral West African recipes, which you will notice not only in his Chop Bar menu but also in the Pukkel at The Jollof Shrine on Thursdays: celebrate the past, present, and future of African music while dancing. Or, join The CookBook Cook-Out and learn how to make a true Ghanaian and Nigerian lunch.
