Into The Great Wide Open completes the music lineup
We are all set. The last batch of names has washed ashore, the music program of Into The Great Wide Open is complete. A final addition of twenty-two new artists, giving the line-up an extra dose of flavor.
If only because of ÁMÀL Ensemble: the genre-fluid proof that the multicultural society is indeed a success. Or how about Model/Actriz? This industrial live sensation from New York throws the grittiest princess party you have ever been invited to. The treasure chest of overseas folk gems is also complete, featuring leftfield troubadour Cleo Reed and the whisper-quiet attic room songs of Dermot Henry.
In addition to new discoveries, there is room for old friends. For example, the regulars of Clean Pete who will sing the island awake on Sunday with a multi-headed choir. Or Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul, who, after concerts at De IJsbaan and De Open Plek, complete their ITGWO hat-trick with a show at Het Sportveld.
