Notabene at the conservatory, ZEP learned to completely color outside the lines. Purposefully, he takes on way too much on his plate. You switch from a DJ set to a punk show during a performance that started with hip hop? What do you mean?! Like a man possessed, ZEP runs from his drum set with a guitar around his neck to the mixing console. Occasionally, a guest musician shows up, but even then, the central all-rounder is running at full speed. If he happens to have time to look up, it seems only to challenge his audience: are you going to keep that mosh pit going for another three quarters of an hour?
