Walloon electropop duo is awaiting an international breakthrough, especially now that they have freed themselves from English.
Brussels' Coline Debry and Antoine Jorissen are unlikely to have regretted their transformation. Although they were not unsuccessful under the name Coline & Toitoine, everything is different now that they are called Colt and have notably switched from English to French. Wallonia is down, France is on the brink of collapsing. Time to conquer the Netherlands, maybe even all of Europe. For those who ne parle pas français, the musical language of Colt is happily pan-European. This is indeed Eurovision-worthy electropop, empowerment that feels universal, especially since Debry consistently delivers mille pour cent. She sang it on 'Insomnies' (if we can believe Google Translate): only in the lights of the night does she truly come to life.
