Ruthless bass barrage for when the hours no longer matter
Have you been standing here for just fifteen minutes or the entire night? It is hard to keep track of time while being catapulted by MALLAURY. The Amsterdam-based Parisienne (and a welcome guest at nachbar and Skatecafé) has an ear for beats with bravado. The word 'straightforward' does not do justice to the skills MALLAURY displays, but she certainly avoids taking detours. She mostly plays with footwork, UK bass, and jungle: fast vocal samples, fast percussion, rather high-octane, to throw in an anglicism.
