Who is it?
Utrecht punk band shoots sharply, breathes adrenaline, and kicks all the assholes out of the pit
Ceiling tiles collapsing during a show, arguments with short-sighted venues, bass guitars arriving out of tune in a hurry thirty seconds before the start. C'est Qui? has only been around for a year, but for a group that never stands still, that is a lot of flight hours. The Utrecht band plays its punk at a neck-breaking speed and singer Jazzebelle screams as if it's the last chance to convey her political message. It is precisely the musical violence and the overwhelming laundry list of distressing themes that provide a safe space for those who don’t always feel safe at other punk shows. Who’s in the mosh pit? The girls, of course!
