Utrecht punk band shoots sharply, breathes adrenaline, and kicks all the assholes out of the pit
Systeemplafonds collapsing during a show, arguments with narrow-minded venues, bass guitars arriving completely out of tune in a frantic rush thirty seconds before showtime. C'est Qui? has only been around for a year, but for a group that doesn't stand still for a second, that adds up to a lot of flight hours. The Utrecht-based band plays their punk at a neck-breaking, runaway train pace, and singer Jazzebelle screams as if it's her last chance to get her political message across. Precisely the musical violence and the overwhelming laundry list of distressing themes offer a safe space for those who don't always feel safe at other punk shows. C’est qui dans le moshpit?
