Price & costs

Tickets may only be resold via the Resale Platform for a maximum of the original price (lower is also allowed), excluding service fees. Upon sale, the service fees will not be refunded to the seller. The buyer pays a €3.50 service fee on top of the purchase price for a purchase via the Resale Platform.

Selling tickets

• Go to the confirmation email of your original order and click on 'Manage order'. Then choose 'More actions' and subsequently 'Resale'. Select the ticket(s) you wish to sell and confirm.

• Done! Your listing is now on the Resale Platform. If your ticket is purchased, you will receive the sale amount (excl. service fees) within ten business days on the account used to pay for the ticket at the time.

• Only the main buyer (not the person whose name is on the ticket) can offer the ticket for sale.

• You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your ticket has been sold.

• Would you like to keep your ticket after all? As long as it has not been sold yet, you can always withdraw your offer.

Buying tickets

• Visit the Resale Platform and choose the desired ticket. Add it to your shopping cart and log in with your Resale account, or create a new account.

• After payment, you will receive the ticket by email, along with instructions for personalization.

• Is a ticket type not available at that moment? Leave your email address at the desired ticket type and receive a notification when something becomes available. Keeping an eye on the platform itself is also recommended.
