22. You have the right to rest, leisure, and paid holidays.

23. You have the right to an adequate income; the state must provide for you if necessary.

24. You have the right to education.

25. You have the right to enjoy arts and culture. Culture must be protected.

26. All governments must ensure that human rights are respected.

27. The laws and democracy must protect human rights.

28. None of the above may be misused to negate human rights.
